Background
TreeMe is an idea for an app that was born out of my experience working at a conservation authority. There were so many different components to the tree and shrub ordering process that it could get quite confusing. People needed to decide what kind of planting they wanted to do, how big, if they wanted to do it by themselves or hire a contractor, if they qualified for funding, etc. The goal for TreeMe is to simplify that process.
Anecdotes & unique touches
When designing these UI elements, I wanted to ensure that it felt personalized and unique. For example, the checkbox asset has a leaf pattern fill when activated, and the arrows resemble abstract leaves. I selected a very bright green-yellow and purple to emphasize the novelty and joy that TreeMe provides by having the tree ordering process all in one  place.
